All cancellations must be done with notice of 24 hours or more to be eligible for refund requests
Same-day cancellations will be eligible for rescheduling, however, refunds of the prepayment will not be provided.
Emergencies and last minute changes happen, so accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis; however, a history of same-day cancellations will require full payment for future appointments.
